Mark Kelly Raises nearly $12.8 Million in Second Quarter
Record-breaking total raised from an average contribution of $44
Today, Mark Kelly for Senate announced that it raised nearly $12.8 million in the second quarter of 2020 from an average contribution of about $44. 89% of the contributions received by the campaign this past quarter were for less than $100. The campaign will report having nearly $24 million cash on hand heading into the final four months of the election.
“We continue to be humbled by the hundreds of thousands of people chipping in whatever they can, because they want to see Mark Kelly’s experience and independent approach representing Arizonans — defending health care protections for those with pre-existing conditions and fighting for our state in the U.S. Senate,” said Jen Cox, Mark Kelly’s Campaign Manager.
The campaign’s successive record-breaking quarters bring its total raised for this election cycle to $44 million. To date, nearly 396,000 individuals have made a contribution to the campaign.
