Right now, Arizona women have lost their right to choose an abortion. In the Senate, Senator Kelly is working to change that by restoring a woman’s right to make these decisions with her doctor. In the face of Blake Masters’ support for a total abortion ban, Sen. Kelly’s work to restore these rights for Arizona women becomes all the more important:
A strong majority of Arizonans support legal access to abortion.
In the Senate, Kelly has repeatedly voted to write Roe v. Wade into law, cosponsoring and voting for the Women’s Health Protection Act, which would restore the right for women to choose to get an abortion.
